At MomForSure, we want every purchase to feel right. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery – no complications.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
You can request a return or exchange if the item is:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Received damaged, defective, or incorrect
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following are not eligible:
- Worn or washed products
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Customised or made-to-order pieces
- International orders
Easy Return / Exchange Process
- Visit our Contact Page or email us at ketkidalal[at]momforsure.com
- Share your order number + reason for return/exchange
- Our team will arrange a free pickup (where serviceable)
- Once received and verified, we process your request
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days after quality check
- Amount is credited back to your original payment method
- In case of COD orders, refund is processed via bank transfer
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed once per order
- Subject to product availability
- If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued
Free Pickup
We offer free reverse pickup for most serviceable locations.
If pickup is not available, we will guide you with a simple self-ship process.
