At MomForSure, we want every purchase to feel right. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery – no complications.


What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

You can request a return or exchange if the item is:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Received damaged, defective, or incorrect

What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following are not eligible:

  • Worn or washed products
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces
  • International orders

Easy Return / Exchange Process

  1. Visit our Contact Page or email us at ketkidalal[at]momforsure.com
  2. Share your order number + reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will arrange a free pickup (where serviceable)
  4. Once received and verified, we process your request

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days after quality check
  • Amount is credited back to your original payment method
  • In case of COD orders, refund is processed via bank transfer

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order
  • Subject to product availability
  • If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued

Free Pickup

We offer free reverse pickup for most serviceable locations.
If pickup is not available, we will guide you with a simple self-ship process.
